Terminology

The following terms apply to this Fulfillment Policy:

“Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the user of this website and the purchaser of our services, whether through direct agreement or separate contractual arrangement.

“Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Presence.

“Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refer to both the Client and Presence.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of providing our services in accordance with applicable laws. Any use of the above terminology in singular, plural, capitalization, and/or gender-neutral pronouns is considered interchangeable.

 

Fulfillment

Our priority is customer satisfaction, and we strive to ensure a seamless experience. This policy explains our service delivery process, refund eligibility, and cancellation terms. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

 

Delivery Policy

We are committed to providing quality business consulting and marketing services. We deliver our services to clients via electronic and in-person methods specified to our client’s requests.

 

Refunds

We provide professional consulting services outlined in a service agreement contract and scope of work documentation. Refunds may be considered if a service has not yet been provided. However, fees for completed work and billable expenses are non-refundable.

If a billing error occurs, we will review refund requests and billing adjustments consistent with the terms of the contract.

 

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services via written notice as outlined in the service agreement contract.
